ETHGlobal Bangkok Hackathon: Inco Prize Winners
Inco enables developers to build decentralized applications with native confidentiality—all while using their familiar development tools and environment, including Solidity, Hardhat, and other established EVM tooling. From DeFi to gaming and everything in between, there are a host of use cases ready to be unlocked with Inco’s confidentiality layer.
Teams at the ETHGlobal Hackathon in Bangkok took this to heart, building a variety of applications across multiple categories. Thank you to all the participants, we loved seeing what you could build in just a few short days.
There were five prizes in total: two for any use case participants wanted to build, two for DeFi apps, and one for gaming.
Here are the winners.
Open Innovation ($5000)
fheye ($2,500)
fheye is a decentralized system enabling privacy-preserving image sharing for public safety. Encrypted facial embeddings help identify criminals or missing persons, with FHE and real-time alerts empowering communities—all without compromising user privacy. FHE is used to encrypt the images while enabling them to still be computed upon, preserving privacy while maintaining utility.

PrivID ($2,500)
PrivID is a decentralized identity system leveraging FHE and zkMail on the Inco network. It secures user data with encryption, enables conditional access for wallets, and bridges Web2 IDs to Web3, ensuring privacy, verifiability, and seamless interoperability.

DeFi ($3000)
Incoswap ($1,500)
Incoswap enables users to swap tokens while keeping their transaction details completely confidential—a contrast with traditional DEXs, where all trade data is publicly visible onchain. Leveraging FHE, Incoswap ensures that token amounts and swap prices remain confidential during the entire process.

StreamCrypt ($1,500)
StreamCrypt leverages the Inco protocol to enable secure, decentralized token streaming with encrypted proof validation using FHE cryptography. We were excited about this use case as it fits well with Inco’s mission of enabling users to retain their financial confidentiality when transacting onchain.
Core features include the ability to start, stop, and withdraw from streams while keeping critical data private. The system operates with a rate-per-second model, where tokens are continuously streamed over time.

Gaming ($2,000)
Blocks and Balls ($2,000)
Blocks and Balls is dynamic Web3 two-player card game where players compete against an AI opponent with seamless onchain gameplay. The team built a fully onchain multiplayer environment using Inco’s FHE-powered confidentiality.
